all about putrajaya

a tribute to my city, putrajaya in a survey form: 1. a putrajaya resident? which presint? yerp. a proud seventeen. lolx 2. your fave facility near your presint? kedai borong darussalam at P16. can buy almost every essentials here! (kids' diapers, milk powder, bread, crabs! etc) 3. best feature of putrajaya? the beautiful architecture. 4. have any problems in putrajaya? only traffic jams on peak hours. 5. the best event held in putrajaya? i'm in the middle of hot air balloons fest or the youth fest. 6. how do you describe putrajaya people? most of them are civil servants. usually wear office attires, batiks or PJs at nights. lolx nice people. most of them. 7. if there is any animal that can represent putrajaya...? it will be a bird. because putrajaya has lots of beautiful birds (they reside at wetland. some just migrate) 8. a thing that only putrajaya people will understand? the 'turn left if there are no other vehicles or pedestrians' signage...

living up in the sky

having experience living in a high rise home, now i know some pros and cons of.. yeah of living in a high rise home, what else ;P may be in the future, a high rise home is very practical for people in the city. one, the weather is usually crazy. when it's raining, heavy rain mostly, it will come with a flood. so living in a condo or apartment may save your shoes. two, pollution is everywhere. may be we can avoid too much dust on the ground.. ..by living up off the ground! three, less pest problem or may be no pest at all. i'm just assuming because should there be a mosquito or a fly on a 40th floor? TBH, living in a quarters apartment, i'm facing some issues : 1) elevators - peak hours in the morning, feels like forever waiting. - short circuit time! *insert excited face*  the button won't work! - sometimes if the elevator is not working, you have to use the stairs (pray hard for the ones at 18th floor) - trash aroma. when irresponsible people di...
